The Executive Committee in charge of administration and management of the assets of the Association.

The Advisory committee is responsible for collecting and monitoring issues and needs of services of the cluster to the executive committee for more clarification and proposing the way forward.

The Audit committee is composed by 2 persons elected by the G.A. The Auditors have the following tasks:

• Check without removing them, books, cash and assets of the Association.
• Control adjustment and sincerity of balance sheets and accuracy of information on accounts
• Check weather decisions of the G.A were implemented and ensure compliance with the internal rules and regulations.
• Reporting to the G.A once a year in ordinary session.

The tasks of the technical commissions are specified by the Executive committee during the set up of each commission and the results to be delivered.

The Executive Secretariat is the technical organ of the Association; it is in charge of daily operation tasks.
